• Use a blank Log Book Sheet to present a record of how to produce the drawings you are presenting as evidence. Use the headings from the banner criteria.

• Produce a basic drawing of a simple component such as a brass bush with a shoulder using Techsoft 2D Design to demonstrate that you can use line types, text and dimensions. Produce the drawing on a bordered sheet and add atitle block which includes title scale and who it is drawn by (to BS308 Part 1).

• You must actually print out the hard copy.

• I suggest you print out some drawings on A3, where necessary, especially detailed orthographic drawings.

• Print out at least three orthographic drawings which are dimensioned and which have an annotation about surface finish. Export to Techsoft as DXF files Autocad R14 this will give a better appearance.

• Print out three Prodesktop assembly designs. Present them as a split drawing as well as a normal design. Print three rendered album drawings.

You should reach Grade C providing you demonstrate high standards in the drawings printed out.
